Return Window

Customers in the United States have the right to cancel their purchase and return products within 30 days of the delivery date, without providing any reason.

Return Instructions

Notify us:To initiate a return, please email our customer service at support@brittanyna.com with your order number and reason for return.

Authorization:After reviewing your request, we will send detailed instructions and, where applicable, provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Please keep your return tracking number, as proof of return shipment is required for refunds.

Packaging and Shipping

  • Place the item back in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact.
  • Include the return authorization form and any supporting documents.
  • Use the prepaid shipping label (if provided) or follow the shipping instructions given.

Return Costs

For defective or incorrect items:If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, the return is free of charge. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective. Brittanyna will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.

For personal reasons (e.g., wrong color or change of mind):Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees.

Specific Conditions for Approved Returns

Change of mind:Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Defective items:If the product is defective, please contact us immediately. Brittanyna will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund.

Damaged items:Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item and provide photos. We will review your claim and arrange a return or refund if necessary.

Incorrect items:If you receive the wrong item, please contact us. We will cover return shipping costs and send the correct item.

Non-delivery:If your order has not been delivered, please contact us to initiate a carrier investigation. If the issue is not resolved, we will issue a refund or resend the item.

Order cancellation:Orders can be canceled before shipment. If the order has already shipped, the return process applies.

Exchanges:We do not accept exchanges.
